Pumps & Mechanical seals

Pumps are mechanical devices that are used to transport fluids, such as water, oil, or chemicals, from one location to another. They work by creating a pressure difference that moves the fluid through a system of pipes or tubes. There are several different types of pumps and Each type of pump operates differently and is suited to different applications.

Mechanical seals are critical components in many types of pumps. A mechanical seal is a device that creates a tight seal between the rotating shaft of the pump and the stationary pump housing. The seal prevents fluid from leaking out of the pump and also helps to maintain the pressure and flow rate of the fluid being pumped. Mechanical seals are designed to operate under a wide range of conditions, including high pressures, high temperatures, and corrosive environments. They are typically made from materials such as ceramic, carbon, and metal alloys, and can be coated with materials such as tungsten carbide or diamond-like carbon to improve their performance and durability.

PRODUCTS-PUMPS

Mag Drive Pumps

A mag drive pump, short for magnetic drive pump, is a type of centrifugal pump that uses a magnetic coupling to transmit power from the motor to the impeller. Unlike traditional pumps,...

Centrifugal Pumps

Centrifugal pumps are mechanical devices that use rotational energy from impellers to move fluids. Fluid enters the impeller, where centrifugal force propels it outward, increasing velocity ...

Chemical Transfer Pumps

A chemical transfer pump is a type of pump that is specifically designed for transferring chemicals from one location to another. Chemical transfer pumps are commonly used in a variety...

Submersible Pumps

Submersible pumps are sealed, waterproof devices with an integrated motor and pump body. They prevent cavitation and are fully immersed in the fluid they extract, commonly water....

Gear Pumps

Gear pumps are precise positive displacement pumps that use interlocking gears to transfer fluids mechanically. They provide a smooth, controllable flow proportional to gear ...

Screw Pumps

Screw pumps are precision positive displacement pumps that use rotating screws to move fluids or solids along their axis. They offer advantages like efficient handling of viscous fluids...

Peristaltic Pumps

A peristaltic pump, also known as a roller pump, is a type of positive displacement pump that uses a flexible tube to transfer fluids. Rotating rollers compress the tube, propelling the fluid...
